Introducing the New Vistatec Headquarters

Vistatec is pleased to formally introduce the location of its new global headquarters. From January 2026, the new global headquarters will be based at The Eight Building, Newmarket, Dublin 8. This is an exciting new phase for the company as Vistatec approaches its 30th anniversary in business.

The move brings Vistatec into a modern, high-performance building designed for companies operating at a global scale. It establishes a long-term home that reflects the business’s maturity, the pace of the localization industry, and the role technology plays in global content delivery.

The New Address

Situated in Newmarket Square, The Eight Building places Vistatec in one of Dublin’s most established and well-connected commercial districts. The area has undergone significant regeneration in recent years and now combines modern office development with strong transport links and city-center accessibility.

A Grade A Headquarters Built for Scale

The Eight Building is a Grade A office development extending to approximately 75,000 square feet across six floors. The scale and flexibility of the building were key factors in Vistatec’s decision. It provides room to grow while supporting the operational complexity of a global content solutions and language services provider.

Clear floor-to-ceiling heights, efficient floor plates, and exposed services create a modern working environment suited to collaborative and technical teams. The building offers flexibility in supporting both focused work and larger group sessions.

“This headquarters gives us the infrastructure and quality we need for the next stage of our business,” says Simon Hodgkins, Chief Marketing Officer at Vistatec. “It supports how our teams work today and how we will be working in the years ahead.”

Designed for Global Operations and AI-Enabled Work

Vistatec operates at the intersection of language, technology, and global delivery. That reality places specific demands on its headquarters. Reliable connectivity, secure systems, and consistent performance are essential.

The Eight Building has been designed to support best-in-class connectivity and future technology requirements. Dedicated IT infrastructure, resilient power supply, and modern building systems support uninterrupted global operations. This is important for teams managing multilingual content workflows, AI-supported processes, and real-time collaboration across regions.

Internally, the space supports modern work patterns. Sit-stand desks, meeting rooms, collaboration hubs, and quiet zones allow teams to move smoothly between different types of work. This structure reflects how localization and content teams now operate. The work is fast, technical, and highly collaborative.

“Our clients expect speed, accuracy, and accountability,” Simon adds. “This building supports the level of work and expertise required.”

Sustainability at a Practical Level

Sustainability was an important consideration in selecting The Eight Building. The development meets strong environmental performance standards and reflects current best practice in commercial office construction.

Energy-efficient systems are built into the core of the building, supporting lower operational impact over time. The roof features photovoltaic panels, enabling on-site energy generation.

The building also supports more sustainable commuting. There are 96 secure bicycle spaces, along with showers, changing rooms, lockers, and drying facilities. These features support employees who choose to cycle to work.

In addition, electric vehicle charging points are available on site, supporting both current and future EV use. Together, these features reflect a practical and measured approach to sustainability that supports everyday working habits.

Accessibility and Well-being

Accessibility has been integrated into the building design. Step-free access, modern lift systems, and clear circulation routes ensure the space is usable and welcoming for employees and visitors.

Well-being has also been taken into consideration in the layout of shared areas, reception spaces, and amenities. Natural light, clear sightlines, and generous communal areas contribute to a comfortable and professional working environment.

These elements support inclusion and long-term use. They reflect the company’s commitment to creating a workplace that works for everyone.

Connected to the City

The Eight Building benefits from strong transport links. It is within walking distance of key city locations, including St Stephen’s Green. Dublin Bus routes serve the area, and both the LUAS Red Line and Green Line are accessible nearby.

For visitors traveling from outside Dublin, the location connects easily to main arterial routes and city transport hubs. This makes the headquarters accessible for clients, partners, and global teams visiting from abroad.

Preparing for a Landmark Year

The move into The Eight Building comes at a significant moment for Vistatec. In 2027, the company will celebrate 30 years in business. The new headquarters provides a platform for this impressive milestone and for the next stage of the company’s development.

To celebrate the opening, Vistatec will host an official headquarters launch event in February 2026. Clients, partners, and industry leaders will be invited to experience the space and engage with the teams shaping the future of global content and localization.

More details on the launch event will be shared in the coming weeks.

The Next Chapter

The Eight Building is a compelling step forward for Vistatec. It provides the scale, quality, and infrastructure required for a global organization operating in a rapidly evolving industry.

As Vistatec prepares for the next chapter, the new headquarters stands as a visible commitment to long-term growth, operational excellence, and leadership in global content services. Further updates, photography, and behind-the-scenes insights will be shared under #VistatecHQ.
