​THE ROLE

Vistatec is seeking an Helpdesk Engineer/Junior IT Administrator to work within a multifaceted IT environment.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call logging, tracking and resolution of end user support issues
  • Building and Deploying PC's & laptops to end users
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing system and network issues for end users
  • Creating and updating Operational documentation and End user How-to Guides
  • MS Active Directory Administration
  • Develop and Implement customizations on our Zendesk help platform

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • 1+ years experience in a User Support Role (Helpdesk/Field Engineer)
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and MS Desktop Applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to prioritize work, and multitask as required
  • Advanced troubleshooting Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Flexible working hours
