The nature of the work is focused on defining tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition. Manages projects with a duration of typically 18 months or less, budget 2 mnl, multiple business functions, with a regional or global scope. This opportunity extends to:

Project Scope Management: Works with project sponsors and customers to define     business benefits, business requirements and project scope. Manages change control against scope and its impacts to time, cost and quality.  

Project Time Management: Defines project schedule, manages task assignments, tracks work against schedule. 

Project Cost Management: Facilitates level of effort estimating and develops asset acquisition requirements; tracks and reports on actuals against forecast.

Project Quality Management: Provides guidance and direction on project methodology and best practices to Company's standard project methodology; Defines and manages project success/delivery criteria and monitors and reports on the realization of project success against criteria set. 

Project Risk Management: Defines risk management plan, analyses risk for criticality, probability, and impact; Develops risk mitigation strategies, assigns owner and actions.


The Role

As Junior Localization Project Manager for Global Digital Commerce Experience Operations, Direct to Consumer (DTC), you’ll manage the ongoing day-to-day production workflow of localized content for the 24 languages for our global retail brand. You will manage a close working relationship with our language reviewers, delivering content aimed to maximize revenue and the consumer experience. You’ll also maintain project documentation and specifications for integration into our evolving Digital Commerce standards.


  • Oversee the day-to-day localization transactional process, essentially managing the in-country review and feedback loop for all digital commerce creative
  • Closely partner with the Global Localization Operations Manager to introduce process improvements within the current localization process
  • Be the main contact with our Digital Tech partners to drive localization workflow improvements within our CMS tool
  • Maintain the Global localization reviewer list
  • Manage translation feedback to localization vendor/translation management system (TMS)
  • Assist the development and documentation of Digital Commerce standards and best practices to streamline operations and communication

​Desired Skills AND Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, English or related experience in the Localization field
  • Experience using content management tools for localizing digital content
  • Ability to traffic and monitor numerous simultaneous workflows
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in localization and/or project management, preferably in an agency environment or with a multinational company
  • Familiarity with CMS [AEM] a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to ever changing priorities
  • Proven strategic thinking ability, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to address changes or issues to project schedules, providing teams with guidance on impact and risk to schedule and budgets
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support cross-functional team collaboration
  • Having a strong sensitivity for a global marketplace and workplace is also required
